Located about an hour northeast of Charlotte, Summer Place is a close-knit community located on the shores of High Rock Lake in Salisbury, North Carolina. 

Amenities include a private boat launch, floating dock, fishing pier, basketball court, and several picnic areas. 

2026 KEY EXCHANGE

The annual key exchange is Saturday, April 25th from 10am until noon at the St. Matthew's Church fellowship hall (corner of Bringle Ferry & St. Matthew's Church Rd). 

NO FUNDS WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE EXCHANGE FOR ANY REASON. 

All dues & fees must be paid in advance by mailing check or money order to Summer Place POA, PO Box 2201, Salisbury, NC 28145. This includes lost key fees and fees for first time keys. 

If you are sending someone else to pick up your key, you will need to email cliffstreetmanagementllc@gmail.com with the full name of the person picking up the key. They will need to present an ID at the exchange to pick up the key, as well as sign stating they received the key. 

ADDRESSES

We have recently noticed that several homes in the neighborhood do not have clearly visible house numbers from the street. For your safety and the safety of your family, please make sure your address numbers are easily seen from the roadway — especially at night.

In the event of an emergency, EMS, fire, and law enforcement personnel rely on clearly marked addresses to locate homes quickly. A delay of even a few minutes can make a critical difference.

Please take a moment to confirm your house numbers are unobstructed, adequately sized, and visible from both directions of travel. Thank you for helping keep our community safe!
