Located about an hour northeast of Charlotte, Summer Place is a close-knit community located on the shores of High Rock Lake in Salisbury, North Carolina. 

Amenities include a private boat launch, floating dock, fishing pier, basketball court, and several picnic areas. 

ADDRESSES

We have recently noticed that several homes in the neighborhood do not have clearly visible house numbers from the street. For your safety and the safety of your family, please make sure your address numbers are easily seen from the roadway — especially at night.

In the event of an emergency, EMS, fire, and law enforcement personnel rely on clearly marked addresses to locate homes quickly. A delay of even a few minutes can make a critical difference.

Please take a moment to confirm your house numbers are unobstructed, adequately sized, and visible from both directions of travel. Thank you for helping keep our community safe!
